Research InterestsDr. Fink teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in operations management.
Dr. Fink's research interests are diverse and include e-commerce, quality management, production scheduling and employment law. In 1996, he won the Caterpillar New Faculty Achievement Award for Scholarship and the Foster College of Business Administration National Council of Advisors Research Award. Dr. Fink is a frequent contributor to business journals, and has published over 40 articles on various business topics. Some of the journals that he has published in include Decision Sciences, Industrial Management, Hospital and Health Services Administration, Labor Law Journal, Production Planning and Control, Management Accounting, Human Resource Planning, and Journal of Marketing Management.
