Ms. Pape has over 20 years of business experience, primarily at Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Kemper Insurance Companies. She has extensive corporate training experience in management and professional development, as well as experience in human resource management, strategic planning and marketing. She also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.
